With the opportunity after just a few minutes' walking to encounter the beautiful countryside surrounding the village of Aiello, and to reach small rural villages where you can admire what remains of ancient medieval mills. For centuries these were where millers did their work, a job which has disappeared today.

Places where you can breathe in the peace and quiet, listen to the birds singing and the slow flow of the waters in the channels surrounded by green and orderly vegetation. There are four mills with their respective millers' houses in the Aiello countryside: here we present four walks you can take to admire them.
